Production technology and quality control
New materials, technologies and production process are permanently on the test rig focusing on the optimization and perfection as part of the contentious innovation of our products.
All harness materials used for safety harness undergo an additional thermal treatment and stabilization process.

Sewing technique
Intensive modeling and prototyping has led to the evolution of our safety harness and seam joints. The joints (conjunction points) are individually inspected for ensuring maximum durability and tensile strength to define the ideal seam pattern. Once this is determined, the pattern is replicated across the entire batch of products to ensure a consistent seam joint with precision on the (Japanese) automated sewing machines.

These machines are able to meticulously control the number of stitches, the thread tension and position, thus enabling perfection and accuracy across each and every product.

Cutting to length and make-up
Length and form of cutting are always strictly adhered to in line with the construction and production guide values. Here CNC controlled automatic webbing cross cutting is used. They are cut and heat sealed at the same time to make the webbing ends fray proof and dynamic.

Training
The implementation of safe conditions, aimed at saving lives, is made possible by the exhaustive nature of our offer in fall-arrest equipment – we do not merely provide systems, but a complete solution, including training, device and report, as well as checking equipment.

Udyogi has a team of trainers at your disposal, qualified to teach how to use fall-arrest products, check and install them, etc.
